 Landscape and Romanticism

We will be searching for motives in the surroundings of Irsee. The aim is not the pure illustration of scenery / nature, rather to find a symbol-based beauty and grandeur, which simultaneously comprises something unreal. The construction of reality, the exemplary nature of reality, will play an important role in the resulting exposures.

The negatives will be scanned and further processed by computer. The images will either be digitally exposed or printed out.

Participation requirements and application documents

Own work (approx 5 photos), short CV.

Bring with you: own analogue camera, if possible medium format, or a digital reflex camera (after consulting the course instructor), tripod, own laptop with an image editing program. Max. number of participants: 12
