Legal information:
Upon admission a contract is concluded between the admitted participant and the Irsee Swabian Academy. Participants, whose application for a scholarship unfortunately must be rejected, remain bound to their registration at the announced conditions, in particular the announced participation fees, as long as they do not explicitly exclude this. General Cancellation Fees: if it is not possible to find a replacement participant: 50 Euros up to four weeks before the beginning of the summer academy, afterwards 50% of the participation fee. As of July 17th, 2006 the total fee will be due to the Swabian Academy in the case of cancellation.
